Calculation check only—never a dose recommendation. Enter only a dose, concentration, and final solution volume confirmed for your exact product by a licensed prescriber or pharmacist.
Peptide calculation checker
Convert clinician-confirmed amounts into concentration, liquid volume, and an optional syringe-scale marking. Every formula is shown.
Calculate from vial amount and final solution volume
Use the exact amount printed on the label and the final solution volume supplied by the dispensing professional—not a guessed diluent amount.
dose volume = confirmed dose ÷ concentrationCalculate from a known concentration
Use this mode when the exact concentration in mg/mL or mcg/mL is already stated on the label or confirmed by a pharmacist.
dose volume = confirmed dose ÷ labeled concentrationHow the peptide calculator works
The tool performs unit conversion and division using only the numbers entered. It does not identify a product, select a dose, or determine whether a medication is appropriate.
Standardize mass units
1 mg = 1,000 mcgThe calculator first converts mg and mcg into the same internal unit. A microgram is one-thousandth of a milligram.
Find concentration
vial amount ÷ final mLIn vial mode, total labeled mass is divided by the confirmed final solution volume to produce mg/mL and mcg/mL.
Find liquid volume
confirmed dose ÷ concentrationThe already-confirmed dose is divided by concentration. The answer is a volume in milliliters.
Convert to a device scale
mL × markings per mLIf selected, mL is multiplied by 100 for a U-100 scale or 40 for a U-40 scale. This is only a scale conversion.
Following one set of numbers through the formulas
Suppose a label states 2 mg total and a professional confirms a 4 mL final solution volume and a 100 mcg dose. The concentration is 0.5 mg/mL (500 mcg/mL). The calculated volume is 100 ÷ 500 = 0.2 mL. On a verified U-100 scale, 0.2 × 100 = the 20 marking.
These sample numbers are chosen only to demonstrate the formulas. Do not use them as dosing or preparation instructions.
Confirm these five items before calculating
A mathematically correct answer can still be unsafe when an input, unit, product, or device is wrong.
Exact product and label
Confirm the product identity, total labeled amount, concentration if provided, expiration, and dispensing directions.
Mass unit
Check whether each amount is in mg or mcg. A one-letter unit error creates a 1,000-fold difference.
Final solution volume
Use only a final volume stated on the label or provided by a pharmacist. The calculator does not tell you what or how much to add.
Prescribed dose
The dose must already be confirmed for the exact person and product by a licensed prescriber or pharmacist.
Measuring-device scale
Match the result in mL to the exact markings and capacity of the actual device. U-100 and U-40 scales are not interchangeable.
Professional verification
Before using any result, ask a licensed prescriber or pharmacist to verify every input, conversion, and instruction.
What this calculator can do
- Convert between mg and mcg.
- Calculate concentration from confirmed values.
- Calculate liquid volume for an already-confirmed dose.
- Show each formula with substituted values.
What it cannot do
- Recommend a peptide, dose, schedule, or treatment.
- Tell you how to prepare, inject, store, or discard a product.
- Confirm product quality, sterility, legality, or suitability.
- Replace a prescriber, pharmacist, label, or device instructions.
Peptide calculator FAQ
Does this peptide calculator recommend a dose?
No. It performs arithmetic only. Enter a dose that has already been confirmed for the exact person and product by a licensed prescriber or pharmacist. The calculator cannot determine whether a medication or dose is appropriate.
How do I convert milligrams to micrograms?
One milligram equals 1,000 micrograms. To convert mg to mcg, multiply by 1,000. To convert mcg to mg, divide by 1,000. Always check the unit printed beside every amount.
What does final solution volume mean?
It is the total liquid volume after preparation. Use only a final volume explicitly stated on the product label or supplied by a dispensing pharmacist or other qualified professional. This calculator does not provide preparation instructions.
What do U-100 and U-40 mean in this calculator?
They are optional volumetric scale conversions: a U-100 scale has 100 marked units per mL and a U-40 scale has 40 per mL. The displayed marking is not a peptide potency unit. Verify the actual device label and never interchange scales.
Why are theoretical doses different from usable doses?
The mathematical quotient does not account for transfer loss, syringe dead space, priming, stability, contamination, expiration, or discard instructions. Follow the label and professional instructions; do not plan use from the theoretical count alone.
Can I use the calculator for research-only or unapproved peptides?
The calculator does not determine whether a product is approved, safe, effective, legal, sterile, or appropriate for human or animal use. Do not use its arithmetic to justify using a research-only, unapproved, or otherwise unsuitable product.
Why must the syringe scale be checked separately?
Different devices can have different capacities and markings. A correct volume paired with the wrong scale can produce a serious measuring error. Confirm the exact device and marking with a licensed prescriber or pharmacist.
Is my calculation saved or sent anywhere?
No calculation values are transmitted or stored by this plugin. The arithmetic runs locally in the browser. Your website host or other installed software may still collect standard visit data independently.
Is the result medical or pharmacy advice?
No. It is an educational calculation result and cannot replace the exact product label, a prescription, or confirmation from a licensed prescriber or pharmacist.
